Many thanks to Steve (VA3FLF) who shares the photo above and notes:
Even kittens read QRPer!!
Her name is Jolene, Jojo for short. We have had her about 3 weeks and she is a Devon Rex. She is a very inquisitive kitten already.
Well we think she is on the track track if she’s interested in QRP! We have a history of felines who enjoy field radio. Thank you so much for sharing, Steve! She’s a cutie!
Finally, cats on QRPer.
Those of us with cats are probably all guilty of unlicensed CW transmission by feline when the cat steps on the straight key
And all we get in return for trying to educate them about the FCC ID requirements is throw-up in our shoes…
Thanks for sharing.

Ah, yes. Just what I needed with my coffee this morning – another cat and mouse photo.
buh-dum-pum
My cat is fascinated by the clicking and beeping sounds but she gets so interested – not unlike when I’m typing on a keyboard – that she is banished from the shack when I’m operating. She gets too underfoot, under hand, under key, under mic . . . . .
My cat Andi is still a fan of your videos – she says “hi” to JoJo!

Ham radio is alot better because of cats. Thanks
If you allow all the cat/ham radio pix, it’ll take down you site, Tom.

HA HA HA HA!!!!
just teach her CW !
Ok I admit to be more a dog type, but then I had some cat companions and the nice thing is that if you also have a dog and know how to manage things, cats and dogs will be friendly each other, not kidding
